1. The POE network lightning arrester powered by Gigabit Ethernet can be installed in LPZ0-1 area or directly installed in series at the front end of the protected equipment (or system), and the closer it is to the protected equipment (or system), the better.
2. The input end (IN) of the lightning arrester is connected with the signal line, and the output end (OUT) is connected with the protected equipment, which cannot be reversed.
3. The PE line of lightning protection device must be strictly equipotentially connected with the lightning protection system, otherwise it will affect the working performance.
4. This product does not need special maintenance, and it should be installed as close as possible to the equipment side; When the working system fails and the lightning arrester is suspected, the lightning arrester can be removed and then checked. If it returns to normal after being restored to the state before use, the lightning arrester should be replaced.
5, lightning arrester grounding exhausted the shortest possible line connection. The lightning arrester is grounded by terminal, and the grounding wire must be connected with the lightning protection grounding wire (or the shell of the protected equipment). The shielded wire of the signal can be directly connected to the grounding terminal.
6. The lightning arrester does not need long-term maintenance when it is installed under the condition that it does not exceed the requirements, but only needs routine maintenance of the system; If there is a problem in signal transmission during use, the signal transmission will return to normal after replacing the lightning arrester, which means that the lightning arrester has been damaged and needs to be repaired or replaced.
